Information we process
Subhras Verify processes the email address and basic profile information provided by your selected sign-in method; investigation inputs; generated reports; usage records; and subscription status. Uploaded images are sent for analysis but are not stored in the current release.
Privacy-friendly analytics
We count page views and key product actions to understand launch performance. This first-party analytics system does not use advertising cookies and does not store IP addresses, names, email addresses, or investigation content. Campaign source labels may be recorded when they are included in a link.
How information is used
We use this information to operate the verification service, save customer reports, enforce plan limits, maintain security, improve reliability, and administer subscriptions.
Service providers
OpenAI supports AI analysis and web research. ChatGPT Sites provides hosting and storage. Supabase provides email and enabled social authentication. Stripe processes subscription payments and billing details. A social sign-in provider processes authentication under its own terms and privacy commitments.
Customer choices
Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of account information. Operational, fraud-prevention, tax, or legal records may be retained where required.
